"Once again we will be promoting British regional and classic dishes on our menus in all our restaurants for the 2 week period using entirely British and where possible local, seasonal produce. We hope to increase the number of customers eating in our restaurants and our aim is to raise even more awareness amongst our on-site teams to specify local or regional products to our suppliers"
