Footprint Awards 2011 - more sustainability credentials

Our preferred refrigeration company Gram picked up their second award win in a month!
At the prestigious annual Footprint Awards run by Foodservice Footprint magazine, dedicated to recognising outstanding contribution to sustainability and environmental excellence in the foodservice industry, we were absolutely thrilled that Gram won the award for Best Sustainable Catering Equipment Manufacturer.
As the industry knows, Gram is passionate about and committed to working towards a more sustainable industry so this accolade recognises that and is an acknowledgement of their dedication to the manufacture of energy efficient refrigeration. Together with other green awareness initiatives that they have driven over the past 12 months, including their 'Go Green with Gram' microsite and Gram Green Paper 2010, the award comes as a culmination of their team's fantastic efforts.
The award follows last month's award for the 'ACR Refrigeration Product of the Year' - the Compact 410 cabinet is a product that Gram are incredibly proud of. Bringing levels of efficiency and innovation that would previously have been unavailable at this price point, it's a great product for our clients looking to increase the efficiency of their equipment, without breaking the bank.
