| Richard, aged 48, has spent his whole career working within the hotel, catering and restaurant business. He has a degree in Hotel Management
from Leeds and has spent time as a Cusiniere in South West France. |
He worked at Swallow Hotels where he held various management positions in hotels in Durham, Sheffield and London before progressing to become Food and Beverage Manager at the Swallow International London.
He entered the world of contract catering as General Manager at Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte and later went on to open and manage a new contract at leading law firm Clifford Chance's global HQ in London. He has also been responsible for managing contracts with the BBC, KPMG and Nat West bank.

| A graduate of the Scottish Hotel School, Strathclyde University, Chris, aged 44, worked for Swallow
Hotels before moving into Contract Catering in a variety of senior management roles with |
Compass. His next move was to head up the Catering and Hospitality services for leading law firm Clifford Chance's global HQ in London for Sutcliffe Catering.
Chris went on to become Operations Manager for Compass' Business and Industry Division in London with clients which included blue chip organisations such as Cable and Wireless, LIFFE, Compaq, Carlton TV and The British Council. He was also responsible for managing contracts with retail outlets such as Dickins and Jones and House of Fraser and hotel staff feeding and Private Members Clubs. Chris held this position until January 2002 when he left to start up Leeming Pilkington Ltd. |
